滴了酵素又放置过一段时间(越长越好)的水,喝了后有种入口即化的感觉,咽到肚里也像马上就没有了。与之相比,同样的水,没有滴酵素的,含在嘴里就觉得很粗涩,甚至像沙子,喝到肚里也会感觉像堵在肚里,然后很快就要去小便。做出好水的方法很多,所以催生了很多商家,但是不管什么样的水,只要滴了酵素后都可以让其口感变得更好。水质越差,口感差异会更明显。

古人有句话:已饥方食,未渴先饮。等你觉得渴了,就已经是严重缺水了。很多人因为快节奏的生活,再加上没有真正的好水,一渴再渴,以致于麻木了。所以,有些人刚开始喝酵素水后,会觉得非常口渴,一直想喝更多的水,这是因为内在的需求被激活了。
如果有感冒身体不适的症状,可以增加酵素的饮用量,帮助恢复健康。服药需间隔开2小时。

1) 日常飲用
使用方法 :每1公升的饮用水中加入1瓶盖古方酵素。*可加入少许蜂蜜增添风味。

2) 改善排便
使用方法 :
早上 – 每500毫升温水加入2瓶盖古方酵素;
晚上 – 每250毫升温水加入2瓶盖古方酵素

3)净化身体
饮用方法 :每200毫升温水加入2瓶盖古方酵素、1汤匙蜂蜜、30毫升(2汤匙)小麦草汁或1茶匙小麦草粉

4) 净化肝胆

7) 身体不舒服或疼痛
饮用方法 :100毫升饮用水加入100毫升古方酵素

8)感冒、发烧
饮用方法 :
100毫升古方酵素加入100毫升蜂蜜 (可随时喝一汤匙原液;严重感冒可以每

9) 消炎茶、咳嗽茶
配方 :
以同等分量混合古方或恩典酵素、苹果醋和蜂蜜或枫糖浆(1:1:1比例)配制

功能 :
咳嗽、感冒和祛痰。能有效杀菌,是很好的天然抗生素、有化痰作用、舒缓任何发炎肿痛引起的发烧、消水肿、抵制病毒性感染疾病如流感等。

咳嗽多痰秘方 :可加入蒜头和柠檬汁,增强免疫功能。
感冒秘方 :蒜头加水煮沸灭火后加入柠檬汁和同等分量消炎茶。

咳嗽痰多可加蒜头和柠檬,小苦瓜能清肝通胆汁,帮助肝脏加速新陈代谢,消除肝脏热气增强免疫功能。

酵素可以用在烹 饪方面、 是厨房好帮手 :

把酵素加在料里中,可有效的分解调味料中的味精(MSG – Monosodium Glutamate),食品添加物如色素和有害物质等。食物在炒、煎炸、煲汤之前,先加入1至2汤匙饮用酵素,这能把营养成分锁住及使食物精华提升、以保全食物鲜味。

问:      为什么古方酵素会有白膜?
答:      因为酵素产品是天然发酵酿制的,完全未蒸馏,以保存天然活性成分,所以还会继续发酵而产生白膜,但可安全食用和使用。

问:      为什么古方酵素会有沉淀物?
答:      因为古方/恩典酵素是天然水果发酵酿制的,未经过滤,所以会有沉淀物,但可安全食用。

问:  古方酵素与恩典酵素有什么区别?
答:   古方酵素是发酵一年余的酵素,供一般日常保健用途服用。而恩典酵素是长年发酵的酵素,份子相比较细,建议在身体不适时服用恩典酵素一根快速让身体得到调整与修复。

问:  古方酵素该如何饮用?
答:   每1公升的饮用水中加入1瓶盖古方/恩典酵素,亦可加入少许蜂蜜增添风味。

问:  请问酵素有有效期吗?
答:   没有。我们公司的古方/恩典酵素是天然发酵酿制的,越久越好。

问:  为什么我买回时候的酵素味道清香,但过了一段时间后,气味有所改变?
答:      因为酵素产品是天然发酵酿制的,所以气味会随着时间与环境而产生变化,不建议把酵素置放在阳光直晒或空气不流通之处。

问:  如果饮用酵素倒入过多,会饮用过量而产生副作用吗?
答:   基本上是不会的。

问:  我家里的小宝宝可以服用酵素吗?如果可以,要如何服用?
答:   可以。冲泡牛奶时或在饮用水中滴入一滴即可。

问:  我发现古方/恩典酵素有用蜂蜜发酵,请问糖尿病患者可以服用吗?
答:   可以的。因发酵后糖分基本已经被催化分解了。

问:  酵素可以用在厨房烹调中吗?其中的营养不会破坏吗?

Added Dr. Ros Classic Enzyme into the dishes while cooking can effectively break down MSG (Monosodium Glutamate), preservative, coloring and others harmful substances. Q: Why does Classic Enzyme have white mold?
A: Because the enzyme products are completely undistilled to keep the natural ingredients, they will continue to ferment which result in white mold formation, but they are safe to be consume.

A: Because Classic/Graceful Enzyme is fermented from natural fruits, it is not filtered, so there will be sediment, but they are safe to be consumed.

Q: What are the differences between Classic enzyme and Graceful enzyme?
