豆奶优乳格 | Soy Yogurt

豆奶优乳格

材料:

  1. 无糖豆奶(温) – 1公升
  2. Dr Ros 古方 / 恩典酵素 – 4至6大汤匙

器具有盖玻璃罐 – 1 个

做法:

  1. 把豆奶煮温大约38°C左右
  2. 倒入罐中后,再加入Dr Ros 古方 / 恩典酵素
  3. 搅拌均匀后,把玻璃罐盖紧后置放在阴暗橱柜里发酵大约8至13个小时
  4. 当豆奶形成如豆腐花般,即成功

备注

  1. 已做好的酸奶若放在冰箱可保存1个星期左右
  2. 把水果及新鲜蔬菜(如黄瓜,玻璃生菜)加在酸奶一起用搅拌机打成酸奶奶稀美味可口

豆奶优乳格+亚麻籽油

材料︰

  1. 有机酸豆奶(酸奶yogurt)或有机酸奶 – 200毫升
  2. 亚麻籽油 – 15毫升

做法︰

  1. 在一杯200毫升豆奶优乳格中加入15毫升的亚麻籽油
  2. 用汤匙拌至优乳格和亚麻籽完全混合(即完全看不到亚麻籽油)即可

备注︰

如果想要增添水果风味,可以把水果(青萍果、木瓜、黄梨或香蕉等)用搅拌机打成果汁后,再倒入已混合好的酸奶和亚麻籽油中

功能︰

食用此配方可以针对细胞膜、神经系统、人体荷尔蒙(激素)、血小板黏和胆固醇等的调节,同时也可以将心脏血管里的坏油,血液中的黄绿色的凝态浮游物(不好的油)消除掉。改善关节炎、心肌梗塞、癌症和其他慢性病的效果。


酸奶的面膜

材料:

  1. 豆奶优乳格 – 1茶匙
  2. 蜂蜜 – ½茶匙
  3. 饮用酵素 / 柠檬汁 – ½茶匙
  4. 椰子油 / 橄榄油 / 维生素E油 – ½茶匙
  5. 燕麦 – 1茶匙
  6. 肉桂 / 豆蔻 / 或姜黄粉 – ¼茶匙
  7. 少许水果(香蕉 / 牛油果 / 木瓜 / 草莓 / 葡萄 / 奇异果)- 选择性

做法

  1. 用叉子把成熟果实捣烂。
  2. 加入所有其他的材料调匀。
  3. 把混合好的酸奶面膜厚厚的涂在面部上。
  4. 等15分钟后,用温水轻轻擦洗掉面膜。
  5. 随后再以冷水轻轻的泼在脸上让毛孔收缩,然后用柔软的毛巾抹干。

备注:

  • 如果脸感觉干燥和僵硬,可以在面膜混合物中加入椰子油或橄榄作为一种天然的保湿剂。
  • 香料对面部护理极有效果的。肉桂的作用是防腐剂,而肉豆蔻有助于减少痤疮疤痕和使皮肤光滑。姜黄有助于抗氧化,抗发炎,并提亮肤色。

Soy Yogurt

Ingredient:

  1. Sugar Free Soya Milk (Warm) – 1 ltr
  2. Dr. Ros Classic  / Graceful Enzyme – 4 to 6 tbsp

Utensils: A glass jar with lid

Method:

  1. Heat up the soya milk to 38°C
  2. Pour the soya milk into the glass jar, add in Dr. Ros Classic  / Graceful Enzyme
  3. Stir thoroughly, close the jar with the lid tightly and place it at dark place to let it ferment for 8 to 13 hours
  4. The yogurt is success when it turn into soft bean curd form

Note:

  1. When the yogurt is form then stored in the refrigerator. It can keep for one week or so.
  2. Yogurt can be blended together with multi type of fruits (or vegetable like cucumber and salad) and become lassi drink.

Yogurt + Flaxseed Oil

Ingredients : 

  1. Organic yogurt or soy yogurt – 200ml
  2. Flaxseed oil – 15ml

Method:

  1. Add 15ml of flaxseed oil into a glass of 200ml of soy yogurt
  2. Stir to mix well (until the flaxseed oil are no longer visible).

For fruity taste, fruit juice (like green apple, papaya, pineapple and banana) can be added. Just blend all the mix fruits into juice then add into the mixed yogurt and flaxseed oil.

Benefit :
It will benefit to our cell membranes, nervous system, our hormones (hormone), sticky platelets, cholesterol regulation. Improve heart, blood vessels, arthritis, myocardial infarction, cancer and other chronic effects.


Yogurt for facial mask

Ingredients:

  1. Soy yogurt – 1 tsp
  2.  Raw honey – ½ tsp
  3. Drinking enzyme / lemon juice  – ½ tsp
  4. Coconut oil / olive oil / vitamin E oil –  – ½ tsp
  5. Oats – 1 tbsp
  6. Cinnamon / nutmeg / turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
  7. Fruits (banana/ avocado / papaya / strawberry / grape / kiwi) – optional

Method:

  1. Mash the ripe fruits with the back of a fork in a small mixing bowl.
  2. Add in the rest of ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  3. Using clean fingers, apply a thick coat of the facial mask mixture onto your cleaned face in a circular motion.
  4. Sit for 15 mins to let the mixture settle and dry out.
  5. After 15 mins, gently scrub off the face mask using warm water.
  6. When the entire facial mask is washed off, splash cold water on your face to close your pores. Pat dry with a soft towel.

Notes: 

  • If your face feels dry and stiff, you can add coconut or olive oil as a natural moisturizer into the facial mask mixtures.
  • Spices are another great effect for facial, cinnamon is great for antiseptic, while nutmeg helps diminish acne scars and smooth skin. Turmeric help antioxidant, anti-inflammation and have brighten the skin.
