无奶牛油
材料 :
- 无糖豆水 – 200毫升
- 葡萄籽油 – 500至600毫升
- 啤酒酵母粉 / 营养酵母粉 – 1汤匙
- 海盐 – 1茶匙
- Dr Ros 古方 – 1瓶盖
做法:
- 用搅拌机把豆奶、海盐、啤酒酵母粉和酵素搅拌均匀。
- 让搅拌机继续搅拌,慢慢打开杯盖上面的小盖口打开,慢慢地,逐渐地把葡萄籽油倒入。
- 搅拌至葡萄籽油和豆奶凝结成奶油状即可。
备注:
- 豆奶亦可用3至4汤匙有机无糖豆粉用温水冲泡。
- 打好的牛油可以存放至十天左右,但要确保每次取牛油时牛油刀要干净。
Dairy-free Butter
Ingredients
- Soy milk – 200ml
- Grape seed oil – 500 to 600ml
- Brewer yeast / nutritional yeast – 1 tbsp.
- Sea salt – 1 tsp.
- Dr Ros Classic – 1 tbsp.
Method:
- Mix soy milk, brewer yeast, sea salt and enzyme with the blender.
- Keeping the blender spinning, uncover the small lid on the blender cover, slowly and gradually drip in the grape seed oil.
- Blend it until the mixture turn into a creamy texture.
Remark:
- Soy milk can be made by dissolving 3 to 4 tbsp. of unsweetened organic soy milk powder with lukewarm water.
- The dairy-free butter can be stored about ten days, but be sure to use clean butter knife each time you take the butter.
