蔬菜海鲜浓汤 Mix Vege Soup

材料:
- ● 南瓜 – 1块(大约400 克)
● 西兰花菜 – 1 粒(大约300克)
● 番茄 – 2 粒
● 胡萝卜 – 1 条
● 海带芽 – 1小碗 碗(需预先浸泡)
● 古方酵素 – 2瓶盖
● 酵素养水 – 1.5 公升
调味料 :
- 海盐 – 适量
- 胡椒粉 – 适量
- 综合香料 – ½茶匙
做法:
- 把酵素养水煮开,放入南瓜、胡萝及西兰花煮熟。
- 随后加入番茄煮至皮脱落。
- 把煮熟的蔬菜放入搅拌机,加入海带芽及调味料。搅成细滑即可。
Mix Vege Soup
Ingredients :
- Pumpkin – 400 g
- Broccoli – 300 g
- Tomato – 2 (medium)
- Carrot – 1 (big)
- Wakame (seaweed) – 1 small bowl
- Classic enzyme – 2 caps
- Enzyme water – 1.5 ltr.
Seasoning :
- Sea salt – to taste
- Pepper – to taste
- Mix herbs – ½ tsp.
Method:
- Boil the enzyme water, add pumpkin, carrot and broccoli to cook.
- Then add tomatoes and cook until the skin is peeled off.
- Put the cooked vegetables in a blender, add wakame and seasonings. Blend until smooth consistency.
