芝麻美奶滋
材料:
- 无奶牛油 – 5至6大汤匙
- 白芝麻 – 100克
- 有机黑糖 – 依据口味(大约1至2汤匙)
- 新鲜橙汁 – 大约100至150毫升
- 西餐(综合意大利)香料 – 依据口味(大约1茶匙)
- 古方酵素 – 1瓶盖
做法:
- 把芝麻烤香后,用搅拌机搅成细粉状
- 把所有材料放入大碗中,搅拌或直接用搅拌机搅拌均匀
美味加分:
- 可加入1至2汤匙天然糙米粗或少许柠檬汁以增添风味
Sesame Mayonnaise
Ingredients:
- Dairy-free Butter – 5 to 6 tbsp.
- White sesame – 100g
- Organic molasses – according to taste (1 to 2 tbsp.)
- Fresh orange juice – 100 to 150 ml
- Mix (Italian) herbs – 1 tsp.
- Classic enzyme – 1 cap
Method:
- Roast the sesame, grind the sesame into powder form.
- Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl or mix with a blender.
For better taste:
- Add 1 to 2 tbsp. of natural brown rice vinegar or lemon juice for better taste.
