发酵燕麦蔬菜煎饼
材料:
- 燕麦 – 1 杯 (80克)
- 养水 – 1 杯 (100毫升)
- 古方酵素 – 1瓶盖
配料:
- 细芹菜 – 1小把(切幼)
- 红萝卜 – 150克(切丝)
配料可以按照自己喜好蔬菜,自行配搭配搭
调味料:
- 黄姜粉 – 少许
- 小茴香粉 – 少许
- 酵素养盐 – 1至2茶匙
香料可以按照自己喜好,自行配搭加入
做法:
- 把燕麦用养水额外加入一瓶盖古方酵素浸泡隔夜,养水只要盖过燕麦即可,无需过量。
- 用搅拌机把浸泡好的燕麦泥打成糊状。
- 把细芹菜、红萝卜丝以及调味料放入燕麦糊中,搅拌均匀。
- 先把平板不粘锅加热后,以小火慢慢把蔬菜燕麦糊煎成片状。
注意事项:
- 每次以少量(1汤勺子)的煎燕麦糊,避免烧焦。
- 煎饼时需以小火慢慢的煎。
- 煎饼时无需加油。
Fermentaed Oatmeal Veggie Pancake
Ingredients :
- Oats – 1 cup (80 g)
- Enzyme water – 1 cup (100 ml)
- Classic enzyme – 1 bottle cap
Side ingredients :
- Chinese celery – 1 small handful (finely chopped)
- Carrot – 150 g (shredded)
* The ingredients can be matched according to your favorite vegetables
Seasoning :
- Turmeric powder – a pinch
- Cumin powder – a pinch
- Enzyme salt – 1 to 2 teaspoons
* Spices can be added according to your own preferences.
Method :
- Add enzyme water with a bottle of cap Classic enzyme to the oats to soak overnight. The enzyme water just enough to cover the oats only.
- Blend the soaked oat into batter.
- Put the finely chopped celery, carrot shreds and seasonings into the oatmeal paste and mix well.
- After heating the flat non-stick pan, slowly fry the vegetable oatmeal batter over low heat.
Precautions :
- Fry the batter in a small amount (1 ladle scoop) at a time to avoid burning.
- Fry slowly over a low fire.
- No need to add oil when frying.
