美味杏仁酸菜沙拉酱
材料 :
- 杏仁果酱 – 4汤匙
- 德式发酵酸菜 – 3汤匙
- 苹果醋/柠檬计/橙子 – 3-4汤匙
- 洋葱 – 半粒 (素食者可选择性不放)
- 有机黑糖 – 3至4茶匙(纯素食主义者可用枫糖浆替代)
- 盐 – ¾茶匙
- Dr Ros古方 / 恩典酵素 – 2汤匙
- 饮用水 – 适量
做法:
- 以高速搅拌机将所有的材料搅拌混合成沙拉酱/奶油。
- 搅拌时,如果酱料过浓,可以加适量的水。
Almond Sauerkraut Dressing
Ingredients
- Homemade almond jam – 4 tbsp.
- Sauerkraut – 3 tbsp.
- Apple cider vinegar / lemon or orange juice – 3 to 4 tbsp.
- Onion – ½ (optional for vegetarian)
- Organic molasses sugar – 3 to 4 tsp. (can substitute with maple syrup for vegan)
- Salt – ¾ tsp
- Dr Ros Classic / Graceful enzyme – 2 tbsp.
- Drinking water – as needed
Method:
- Blend all ingredient on high speed until the mixture become smooth consistency.
- Water can be added if the dressing is too thick during mixing in the blender.
