火龙果酱 Dragon Fruit Jam

火龙果酱

材料 :

  1. 火龙果 – 1粒
  2. 有机黑糖 – 4至5汤匙
  3. Dr Ros 古方 / 恩典酵素 – 2汤匙
  4. 斑兰叶 – 2片

做法

  1. 用搅拌机快速将火龙果搅成果酱汁。
  2. 加入古方酵素以小火慢煮,不断搅拌。
  3. 当水分逐渐减少时,加入黄糖和斑兰叶煮至浓稠即可。
  4. 冷却后可入罐冷藏。


Dragon Fruit Jam

Ingredients:

  1. Dragon fruit – 1 (large)
  2. Organic molasses – 4 to 5 tbsp.
  3. Dr Ros Classic / Graceful enzyme – 2 tbsp.
  4. Pandan leaves – 2 stalks

Method:

  1. Blend the dragon fruit until smooth consistency.
  2. In low heat, boil the dragon fruit sauce with 2 tbsp. of Dr Ros Classic / Graceful enzyme.
  3. When the moisture is gradually reduced, add in brown sugar and pandan leaves to cook until thick.
  4. Let it cools down, then refrigerated in cans.
