材料

  • 苦瓜 – 1 条
  • 红番茄 – 5 粒
  • 姜末 – 1 汤匙
  • 酵素养油 – 2 汤匙
  • 酵素养水 – 适量
  • 古方酵素 – 2 瓶盖

调味料

  • 天然梅子酱 – 2 汤匙
  • 养盐 / 海盐 – 适量
  • 养糖 / 黄糖 – 适量

作法

  1. 将苦瓜及红番茄切块状,备用。
  2. 把酵素养油倒入锅中烧热,再放入姜末爆香。
  3. 放入番茄块翻炒一会儿,再加入苦瓜块一同翻炒。
  4. 加入酵素养水、天然梅子酱和古方酵素。
  5. 盖上锅盖,用小火焖煮苦瓜至软。
  6. 加入适量的养盐和养糖调味即可。

Stew Bitter with tomato

Ingredients :

  • 1 Bitter gourd
  • 5 Red Tomato
  • 1 tbsp. Ginger (minced)
  • 2 tbsp. Enzyme purified oil
  • Enzyme purified water (as needed)
  • 2 caps Classic enzyme

Seasoning:

  • 2 tbsp Natural plum sauce
  • Enzyme salt / sea salt (according to taste)
  • Enzyme sugar / brown sugar (according to taste)

Method:

  1. Cut the bitter gourd and tomatoes into chunks and set aside.
  2. Heat the enzyme oil in a wok, then add minced ginger and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the tomato chunks and stir-fry for a while, then add the bitter gourd chunks and continue stir-frying.
  4. Add enzyme water, natural plum sauce, and Classic enzyme.
  5. Cover the wok and simmer the bitter melon on low heat until it becomes soft.
  6. Season with an appropriate amount of enzyme salt and enzyme sugar to taste.
