健康南瓜加央

材料 :

  1. 南瓜 – 400克 (去皮和子,切小块,蒸软)
  2. 生腰果 – 150gm(先用一碗水加入1汤匙Dr Ros 古方 / 恩典酵素浸泡4个小时或以上,随后沥干备用)
  3. 有机黑糖 – 2至3汤匙
  4. 椰子油 – 1汤匙
  5. Dr Ros 古方 / 恩典酵素 – 2汤匙

做法

  1. 用快速搅拌机把所有材料搅拌至细滑即可食用
  2. 装罐,冷藏(可厨房2至3个星期)

Pumpkins Jam

Ingredients:

  1. Pumpkin – 400gm (remove the skin and seed, cut to smaller pieces, steam until soft)
  2. Raw cashew nuts – 150gm (soak in water with 1 tbsp. Dr Ros Classsic / Graceful enzyme for at least 4 hrs.)
  3. Organic molasses – 2 to 3 tbsp.
  4. Coconut oil – 1 tbsp.
  5. Dr Ros Classsic / Graceful enzyme – 2 tbsp.

Method:

  1. Using high speed blend all ingredients until smooth consistency.
  2. Bottle the jam and refrigerate (may last for 2 to 3 weeks)
