自制番茄酱 Homemade Tomato Sauce

自制番茄酱

材料

  1. 番茄 – 2粒(切小块)
  2. 蒜头 – 2至3瓣 (选择性)
  3. 酵素养糖 – 1至2汤匙
  4. 酵素养油 – 1至2汤匙
  5. 酵素养盐 – 1 汤匙
  6. Dr Ros 古方 – 1汤匙

做法:

  1. 将材料用搅拌机搅成番茄泥。
  2. 用锅把有烧开,倒入搅拌好的酱料再以小中火煮至浓稠状(需不断搅拌以防烧焦)
  3. 待冷后装入罐中存放

Homemade Tomato Sauce

Ingredients :

  • Tomato – 2 (dice)
  • Garlic – 2 to 3 cloves (optional)
  • Enzyme sugar – 1 to 2 tbsp.
  • Enzyme purified oil – 1 to 2 tbsp.
  • Enzyme salt – 1 tbsp.
  • Dr Ros Classic – 1 tbsp.

Method:

  1. Blend all ingredient until smooth (puree).
  2. Heat up oil in a pot, pour the sauce into the pot and simmer until thicken (remember to stir to avoid burning).
  3. When cool, bottled for storage.
