木瓜辣椒酱
材料︰
- 大红辣椒 – 10条
- 红熟透木瓜 – 半粒
- 洋葱 – ¼ 杯
- 蒜 – 1茶匙
- 葡萄籽油 – 1大汤匙
- 苹果醋 /青柠汁 – 1 茶匙
- 海盐 – 1茶匙
- 有机黑糖 – 1汤匙
- Dr Ros古方 / 恩典酵素 – 2 汤匙
做法:
- 将所有材料放入搅拌机搅拌。
- 把搅拌好的酱料倒入锅中以慢火煮滚至浓稠状即可,需不断搅拌。
- 冷却后,装罐冷藏。
Papaya Chili Sauce
Ingredients :
- Red chili (big) – 10
- Papaya (fully ripe) – ½
- Shallots – ¼ cup
- Garlic – 1 tsp.
- Grape seed oil – 1 tbsp.
- Apple cider vinegar / lime juice – 1 tsp.
- Sea salt – 1 tsp.
- Organic brown sugar – 1 tbsp.
- Dr Ros Classic / Graceful enzyme – 2 tbsp.
Method :
- Blend all ingredients into smooth puree sauce.
- Bring the sauce to boiling over medium heat, keep stirring.
- Let it cool then bottled and refrigerate.
