麦果泥 Muesli

麦果泥

材料:

  • 麦片或燕麦片 – 100克
  • 坚果类(腰豆、杏仁、葵花子、西瓜子及南瓜子等)- 个1汤匙。
  • 水果或干果类(苹果、木瓜、香蕉、凤梨、葡萄干、干杏及蔓越莓干等) – 随意。
  • 饮用水 – 分量盖过麦片及坚果即可

浸泡:把麦片及坚果用饮用水分开浸泡隔夜(浸泡时记得各加入1瓶盖古方酵素)

调味 : 蜜糖 – 1茶匙(选择性)  

做法︰

  1. 把浸泡好的杏仁及核桃去皮,切小粒状后,与其它的种子类一起加入在浸泡好的麦片中。
  2. 将水果切丁,一样加入麦片中。
  3. 拌入1茶匙蜂蜜即可食用(选择性)。

备注:

  • 可加入自制的豆奶优格(前面有介绍)
  • 坚果含有对人体有益的不饱和脂肪酸多吃有益

Muesli

Ingredients :

  • Roll oats – 100 g
  • Nuts and seeds (cashew nuts, almonds, sunflower seeds, watermelon seeds, pumpkin seeds, etc.) – 1 tbsp. of each.
  • Fruits or dried fruits (apples, papaya, bananas, pineapples, raisins, dried apricots, dried cranberries, etc.) – own preference.
  • Drinking water – just enough to cover the roll oats and nuts

Soaking : 

soak roll oats and nuts separately in drinking water for overnight (remember to add 1 cap of Classic enzyme in each when soaking)  

Sweetener : 

Honey-1 tsp. (optional)  

Method :

  1. Dehull the soaked almonds and walnuts, cut them into small pieces, together with the rest of the soaked seeds out into the soaked roll oats.
  2. Dice the fruits and add it to the toll oats.
  3. Add in 1 tsp. of honey (optional) and serve.

Remarks:

  • You can add homemade soy milk yogurt (in previous recipe)
  • Nuts contain unsaturated fatty acids that are beneficial to the human body
