材料 :
- 全麦面包 – 8 片
- 生菜 – 3-4叶
- 小黄瓜 – ½ 条
- 胡萝卜 – ½ 条
- 紫菜 – 4方2 张
- 南瓜香酥 – 8 茶匙
做法:
- 把生菜,小黄瓜,胡萝卜切丝。
- 把面包涂上无奶牛油。
- 将蔬菜放入面包上,再把面包卷起来。
- 把紫菜卷在面包上,切小块。
Vegetarian Sushi Roll
Ingredients:
- 8 slices of wholemeal bread
- 3 to 4 iceberg lettuce leaves
- ½ medium cucumber
- ½ medium carrot
- 2 Nori Sheets
- 8 tsp – pumpkin floss
Method:
- Shredded lettuce, cucumber and carrot.
- Flatten bread with rolling pin. Spread eggless butter over a slice of wholemeal bread.
- Lay with vegetables and roll up the bread, pressing gently and seal it with nori sheet.
- Then cut each roll into 2 or 3 equal pieces.
