材料 :

  • 全麦面包 –  8 片
  • 生菜 –  3-4叶
  • 小黄瓜 – ½ 条
  • 胡萝卜 – ½ 条
  • 紫菜 – 4方2 张
  • 南瓜香酥 – 8 茶匙

做法

  1. 把生菜,小黄瓜,胡萝卜切丝。
  2. 把面包涂上无奶牛油
  3. 将蔬菜放入面包上,再把面包卷起来。
  4. 把紫菜卷在面包上,切小块。
Vegetarian Sushi Roll

Ingredients:

  • 8 slices of wholemeal bread
  • 3 to 4 iceberg lettuce leaves
  •  ½ medium cucumber
  • ½ medium carrot
  • 2  Nori Sheets
  • 8 tsp –  pumpkin floss

Method:

  1. Shredded lettuce, cucumber and carrot.
  2. Flatten bread with rolling pin. Spread eggless butter over a slice of wholemeal bread.
  3. Lay with vegetables and roll up the bread, pressing gently and seal it with nori sheet.
  4. Then cut each roll into 2 or 3 equal pieces.
