杏仁酱 Almond Jam

杏仁果酱  

材料 :

  • 杏仁 – 500g
  • 盐 – 1茶匙
  • 有机黑糖 – 3汤匙(选择性,依据个人口味)

做法:

  1. 预热烤箱至220°C,大约5至10分钟
  2. 将杏仁放入烤箱里烤15分钟,烤好后待冷却备用
  3. 用快速搅拌机将以上材料快速搅至細緻醬狀后即可食用
  4. 用密封玻璃管装好,置放在阴凉干燥之处,可存放至长达几个月

注意 :

  1. 烤杏仁时需留意,切勿烤焦
  2. 搅拌需使用快速搅拌器

Almond Jam

Ingredients :

  • Almond – 500g
  • Sea salt – 1 tsp.
  • Organic molasses – 3 tbsp. (optional, to taste)

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 220°C for 5 to 10 mins.
  2. Toast the almonds for 10 – 15 mins., let the almond to cool down for later use
  3. Using high speed blend all ingredients until buttery or smooth consistency.
  4. Bottle the jam in a clean air tight glass jars and refrigerate, can last for a few month if place in cool dry.

Caution:

  1. Make sure the almond is not over toasted or burned
  2. Must use a high speed blender
