凉拌灯笼椒
材料:
- 紅甜椒 – 1粒
- 黄甜椒 – 1粒
- 青甜椒 – 1粒
- 小黄瓜 – 1条
调味料 :
- 蜜糖 – 2 汤匙
- 百香果汁- 2 粒
- 海盐 -1 茶匙
- 酸梅 – 5粒 (切粹)
- 桔子汁 – 3汤匙
- 古方酵素 – 2汤匙
做法:

把所有材料切小片。

将调味料拌均后拌入材料上。

放入冰箱冷藏至少2小时才食用。
Cold Dressing Bell Pepper
Ingredients:
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 cucumber
Seasoning :
- 2 tbs honey
- 2 big Passion fruit juice
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 5 dry plum (sliced)
- 3 tbs Calamansi lime juice
- 2 tbs Classic Enzyme

Slice all ingredients.

Mix all the seasoning and pour over the ingredients.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
