艾草黑豆汤 Wormwood black bean soup

艾草黑豆汤

材料:

  • 艾草 – 50克
  • 黑豆 – ½ 杯
  • 红枣 -½杯
  • 姜 – 1 块 (切片)
  • 养水 – 2 公升
  • 古方酵素 – 2 汤匙

调味:

  • 海盐 – 依据个人喜好

做法 :

  1. 把黑豆干炒至豆壳裂开同时有香气。
  2. 同样,把姜片干炒至香。
  3. 开锅倒入养水中和2瓶盖古方酵素,然后煮沸。
  4. 水沸腾后,将所有材料放进锅里煮1个小时后即可饮用。
    (可以加入适量的盐调味)

Wormwood black bean soup

Ingredients:

  • Wormwood – 50 g
  • Black bean – ½ cup
  • Red dates – ½ cup
  • Ginger – 1 pc (sliced)
  • Enzyme water – 2 ltr.
  • Classic enzyme – 2 caps.

Seasoning :

  • Sea salt – according to personal preference

Method:

  1. Stir-fry the black beans dryly until the hulls are cracked and aromatic.
  2. Similarly, fry dryly the sliced ginger until aromatic.
  3. Pour the enzyme water in a pot and add in 2 bottles of Classic enzymes, then boil.
  4. After the water boils, put all the ingredients in the pot and boil for 1 hour before drinking. (You can add some sea salt to taste)
