美味杏仁酸菜沙拉酱

材料 :

  1. 杏仁果酱 – 4汤匙
  2. 德式发酵酸菜 – 3汤匙
  3. 苹果醋/柠檬计/橙子 – 3-4汤匙
  4. 洋葱 – 半粒 (素食者可选择性不放)
  5. 有机黑糖 – 3至4茶匙(纯素食主义者可用枫糖浆替代)
  6. 盐 – ¾茶匙
  7. Dr Ros古方 / 恩典酵素 – 2汤匙
  8. 饮用水 – 适量

做法:

  1. 以高速搅拌机将所有的材料搅拌混合成沙拉酱/奶油。
  2. 搅拌时,如果酱料过浓,可以加适量的水。

Almond Sauerkraut Dressing

Ingredients

  •  Homemade almond jam – 4 tbsp.
  • Sauerkraut – 3 tbsp.
  • Apple cider vinegar / lemon or orange juice – 3 to 4 tbsp.
  • Onion – ½ (optional for vegetarian)
  • Organic molasses sugar – 3 to 4 tsp.  (can substitute with maple syrup for vegan)
  • Salt – ¾ tsp
  • Dr Ros Classic / Graceful enzyme – 2 tbsp.
  • Drinking water – as needed

Method:

  1. Blend all ingredient on high speed until the mixture become smooth consistency.
  2. Water can be added if the dressing is too thick during mixing in the blender.
