健康南瓜加央

材料 :

  1. 南瓜 – 400 克
  2. 生腰果 – 150 克
  3. 有机黑糖 – 2 至 3 汤匙
  4. 椰子油 – 1 汤匙
  5. Dr Ros 古方 / 恩典酵素 – 2 汤匙

做法

  1. 生腰果先用一碗水加入 1 汤匙 Dr Ros 古方酵素浸泡 4 个小时或以上,随后沥干备用
  2. 南瓜去皮和子,切小块再蒸软
  3. 用快速搅拌机把所有材料搅拌至细滑即可食用
  4. 装罐,冷藏(可存放 1 至 2 个星期)

Pumpkins Jam

Ingredients:

  1. Pumpkin – 400 gm
  2. Raw cashew nuts – 150 gm
  3. Organic molasses – 2 to 3 tbsp.
  4. Coconut oil – 1 tbsp.
  5. Dr Ros Classsic enzyme – 2 tbsp.

Method:

  1. Soak the raw cashew nuts in water with 1 tbsp. of Dr Ros Classsic enzyme for at least 4 hrs, then drain and ready to use.
  2. Remove the pumpkin skin and seed, cut to smaller pieces, then steam until soft.
  3. Using high speed blend all ingredients until smooth consistency.
  4. Bottle the jam and refrigerate (may last for 1 to 2 weeks)
