材料

  • ● 南瓜 – 1块(大约400 克)
    ● 西兰花菜 – 1 粒(大约300克)
    ● 番茄 – 2 粒
    ● 胡萝卜 – 1 条
    ● 海带芽 – 1小碗 碗(需预先浸泡)
    古方酵素 – 2瓶盖
    酵素养水 – 1.5 公升

调味料

  • 海盐 – 适量
  • 胡椒粉 – 适量
  • 综合香料 – ½茶匙

做法

  1. 把酵素养水煮开,放入南瓜、胡萝及西兰花煮熟。
  2. 随后加入番茄煮至皮脱落。
  3. 把煮熟的蔬菜放入搅拌机,加入海带芽及调味料。搅成细滑即可。

Mix Vege Soup

Ingredients :

  • Pumpkin – 400 g
  • Broccoli – 300 g
  • Tomato – 2 (medium)
  • Carrot – 1 (big)
  • Wakame (seaweed) – 1 small bowl
  • Classic enzyme – 2 caps
  • Enzyme water – 1.5 ltr.

Seasoning :

  • Sea salt – to taste
  • Pepper – to taste
  • Mix herbs – ½ tsp.

Method:

  1. Boil the enzyme water, add pumpkin, carrot and broccoli to cook.
  2. Then add tomatoes and cook until the skin is peeled off.
  3. Put the cooked vegetables in a blender, add wakame and seasonings. Blend until smooth consistency.
