蔬菜海鲜浓汤 Mix Vege Soup

材料

  • 南瓜 – 400 克
  • 西兰花菜 – 1 粒
  • 番茄 – 1 大粒
  • 胡萝卜 – 1 条
  • 海带芽 – ½ 碗 (浸泡)
  • 古方酵素– 2汤匙

调味料

  • 海盐 – ½茶匙
  • 胡椒粉 – 适量
  • 豆蔻粉-适量
  • 综合香料 – ½茶匙

做法

  1. 将南瓜,胡萝卜 去皮切块依序入锅加水(加古方酵素)煮软。
  2. 待煮软的南瓜及胡萝卜后加入番茄煮至番茄皮脱落。加入海带芽及调味料煮1-2分钟。待冷,放入搅拌机搅成泥状即成。

Mix Vege Soup

Ingredients :

  • 400 g – pumpkin
  • 1 small – broccoli
  • 1 big tomato
  • 1 big carrot
  • ½  bowl wakame (seaweed)
  • 2 tbs – Classic Enzyme 

Seasoning :

  • ½ tsp – Sea Salt
  • 1 pinch – Pepper
  • 1 pinch – Nutmeg powder
  • ½ tsp Mix Herb

Method:

  1. Chopped pumpkin and carrots into small pieces, transfer to a pot, add water  (add Classic Enzyme) and bring to boil until it turn soft.
  2. While the pumpkin and carrots turn soft add tomato and continue simmer until the skin peel off.
  3. Add wakame and all seasoning and continue 1-2 minutes.
  4. When completed and cool, then puree with blender.
