芥菜糙米粥
材料:
  • 蔬菜 – 各适量
  • (芥菜、玉米粒、胡萝卜丝、鲍鱼菇、香菇)
  • 糙米 – 适量
  • 枸杞 – 少许
调味料 :
  • 海盐 – 适量
  • 麻油 – 适量
做法 :
  1. 先把糙米洗干净,然后加入水和 1-2 瓶盖 Dr Ros 古方酵素浸泡糙米6至8个小时。
  2. 把浸泡好的糙米、玉米粒、鲍鱼菇和香菇加入水和2瓶盖Dr Ros古方酵素放入一个大锅内煮滚,然后转成小火,间中要搅拌。
  3. 直到米饭完全发开时,加入芥菜、胡萝卜丝和枸杞,再焖煮20分钟再调味即可
美味加分:食用时可撒上少许切幼的香菜

Mix Vege Porridge

Ingredients:

  • Vegetables
    (Mustard greens, corn kernels, shredded carrots, abalone mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms)
  • Brown rice
  • Goji berries

Seasoning :

  • Sea salt
  • Sesame Oil

Method:

  1. Rinse the brown rice with water, then add water and 1-2 caps of Dr Ros Classic enzyme to soak the brown rice for 6 to 8 hours.
  2. Cook the soaked brown rice, corn kernels, abalone mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms with water, add in 2 caps of Dr Ros Classic enzyme. Lower the heat when it boiled , stirring occasionally.
  3. When the rice is fully boiled, add in mustard greens, shredded carrots and goji berries, and simmer for 20 minutes before seasoning.

Add ons: serve with finely chopped coriander
