材料:
- 紅甜椒 – 1粒切片
- 黄甜椒 – 1粒切片
- 青甜椒 – 1粒切片
- 小黄瓜 – 1条切片
调味料 :
- 蜜糖 – 2 汤匙
- 百香果汁- 2 粒
- 海盐 -1 茶匙
- 酸梅 – 5粒 (切粹)
- 桔子汁 – 3汤匙
- 古方酵素 – 2汤匙
做法:
- 将调味料拌均后拌入材料上。
- 放入冰箱冷藏至少2小时才食用。
Bell Pepper Pickles
Ingredients:
- 1 red bell pepper (sliced)
- 1 yellow bell pepper (sliced)
- 1 green bell pepper (sliced)
- 1 cucumber (sliced)
Seasoning :
- 2 tbs honey
- 2 big Passion fruit juice
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 5 dry plum (sliced)
- 3 tbs Calamansi lime juice
- 2 tbs Classic Enzyme
Method:
- Mix all the seasoning and pour over the ingredients.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
