材料

  • 紅甜椒 – 1粒切片
  • 黄甜椒 – 1粒切片
  • 青甜椒 – 1粒切片
  • 小黄瓜 – 1条切片

调味料

  • 蜜糖 – 2 汤匙
  • 百香果汁- 2 粒
  • 海盐 -1 茶匙
  • 酸梅 – 5粒 (切粹)
  • 桔子汁 – 3汤匙
  • 古方酵素 – 2汤匙

做法:

  1. 将调味料拌均后拌入材料上。
  2. 放入冰箱冷藏至少2小时才食用。
Bell Pepper Pickles

Ingredients:

  • 1 red bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1 yellow bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1 green bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1 cucumber (sliced)

Seasoning :

  • 2 tbs honey
  • 2 big Passion fruit juice
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 5 dry plum (sliced)
  • 3 tbs Calamansi lime juice
  • 2 tbs Classic Enzyme

Method:

  1. Mix all the seasoning and pour over the ingredients.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
