简易天贝照烧 | Easy Teriyaki Tempeh

  • 天贝 – 1片 (100克),切薄片
  • 食油 – 2 汤匙

调味料:

  • 麻油 – 1汤匙
  • 酱油 – 2汤匙
  • 椰糖 – 1汤匙

做法:

  1. 用食用油把天贝煎至金黄色。
  2. 把煎好的天贝放入碗中,加入调味料拌均匀即可。

Ingredient

  • 1 pc (100g) tempeh, sliced thinly
  • 2 tbsp. cooking oil

Seasoning:

  • 1 tbsp. toasted sesame oil
  • 2 tsp. shoyu
  • 1 tbsp. coconut nectar

Method:

  1. Pan fry tempeh in cooking oil until golden brown.
  2. Put the cooked tempeh in a bowl, add in sesame oil, shoyu and coconut nectar. Mix to coat well and serve.
